Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in logistics or related field.
• Ability to coordinate trailer movements and driver schedules.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Good health and ability to handle heavy lifting tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer movements and adjust driver schedules to meet SLAs.
• Identify urgent clearance requirements and act promptly.
• Liaise with Customs and accelerate requests when needed.
• Monitor operations and report deviations from plans.
• Prepare and maintain daily clearance reports.
• Ensure vehicles are planned and allocated per load needs.
• Verify on-time loading and dispatch in line with SLAs.
• Record trip data accurately in Oracle system.
• Coordinate staff transportation allocation and execution.
• Ensure all processes, safety and HSE standards are followed.
• Complete all required documentation within deadlines.
