Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Director - Structured Products and Client Solutions for an on-site Global Markets role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position forms part of FAB's Emiratization program and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

The Director will originate, structure, and deliver tailored structured products and client solutions across relevant asset classes, supporting revenue growth, strategic client engagement, and the continued development of the Global Markets franchise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Markets or structured products.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, and execute client transactions.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, financing solutions, and risk management.
• Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, client, and product analysis to identify opportunities.
• Evaluate risk-return dynamics and translate opportunities into trades.
• Originate and structure bespoke products with cross-functional teams.
• Develop solutions including equity-linked financing and structured notes.
• Prepare market views, pricing considerations, and proposals.
• Provide structuring alternatives based on client objectives and risk.
