Job summary

You will oversee structuring and execution of transactions, conduct risk and investment return analyses, and mentor junior traders to maximize profitability while complying with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant markets experience in similar positions.
• Strong structuring & trading experience in financing illiquid assets (Loans, Private markets, CLOs, etc.).
• Strong market-making and risk management techniques.
• Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of risk management and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business strategy and manage leverage customer flow to meet budgets.
• Price and provide pricing to facilitate customer business with Sales.
• Support junior staff and mentoring.
• Work with quants to refine pricing and booking models.
• Ensure compliance with risk and counterparty limits.
• Develop new products and expand product offerings.
• Build relationships with counterparties and brokers.
