Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior markets professional to lead Structured Trading & Solutions activities, overseeing structuring, pricing, and execution of transactions while managing risk and ensuring policy compliance. You will work with Sales, Risk, and Quant teams to maximize profitability and expand product offerings.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in markets, deep knowledge of illiquid asset financing, and strong VBA/Macro and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant markets experience in similar positions.
• Strong structuring & trading experience in financing illiquid assets (loans, private markets, CLOs, etc.).
• Proven risk management techniques and market-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the business strategy and manage customer flow to meet budget.
• Structure and execute transactions with illiquid assets and complex products.
• Develop pricing and booking models with risk controls and market data teams.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with Sales, Risk, and Quant teams.
