Responsibilities
  • Sponsorship Strategy & Management: Develop and implement sponsorship strategies within the cricket industry, identify and negotiate global sponsorship opportunities, evaluate proposals, and manage budgets.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with key partners, develop strategic partnerships, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and represent the business as a senior liaison in cricket.
  • Event Management: Oversee cricket-related events, ensure seamless execution, monitor performance, and conduct de-briefs.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop KPIs, prepare reports on ROI, and use insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years experience in sponsorships, partnerships, PR, and communications, preferably in sports
  • Demonstrable experience in cricket and managing global sponsorships
  • Strong network within the cricket industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI
  • Willingness to travel internationally
