Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Senior Manager, Employer Brand & Internal Communications in Dubai to lead the strategy, positioning and day-to-day operations of the group’s employer brand and internal communications. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Marketing and Corporate Communications to ensure messaging is aligned across markets.

You will define EVP positioning, oversee wellbeing and culture activations, and measure success through engagement, perception and campaign performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in employer branding and internal communications.
• 4+ years in employer brand or internal communications roles.
• Proven track record of shaping employer brand or EVP positioning.
• Experience running internal communications in a large, multi-country organization.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the employer brand strategy and EVP positioning across internal and external channels.
• Lead the internal communications plan, including editorial calendar, channel strategy and leadership messaging.
• Build and run the employer brand and internal communications capability: operating model, annual plan, budget tracking, workflows, brand guidelines, templates, and toolkits.
• Oversee multichannel campaigns covering employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and key internal moments.
• Set the direction for wellbeing and culture initiatives in partnership with HR across the business.
• Advise HR and business stakeholders on messaging, timing, and channel choice for their initiatives.
• Grow presence through digital platforms, review sites, university partnerships, and employee advocacy.
