Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications within a large organization.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise function leaders with strategic communication initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale employee engagement campaigns.
• Strong background in developing communication frameworks, playbooks, and best practice guidelines.
• Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a complex corporate environment.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy supporting enterprise-wide group functions.
• Partner with leadership to plan and deliver internal communication campaigns.
