Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Internal Communications professional to develop and deliver employee engagement programs that shape culture and drive performance. You will build messaging around the Group's corporate strategy, brand and key initiatives, ensuring clear, two-way communication across the organization.

You will lead multi-channel communications, analyze engagement metrics, support intranet content, and partner with business leaders to counsel on internal communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations or related field.
• 9 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in a large-scale organization.
• Understanding of the strategic role of internal communications to effect transformational change.
• Strong knowledge of communication and influencing techniques across all levels.
• Ability to analyse employee engagement and communication metrics to inform plans.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee communications strategies aligned to KPIs and business needs.
• Analyze effectiveness of communications strategies for key audience segments.
• Deliver multiple employee communication channels and ensure consistency and transparency.
• Contribute to Intranet structure and content, track usage trends and feedback.
• Support upskilling the IC function and coordinate with internal practitioners.
• Support communication strategies for change initiatives and campaigns.
• Maintain strong client relationships with business and corporate leaders.
• Perform other related duties as directed.
