Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications to safeguard and promote the group's reputation and drive awareness of its role in Dubai's growth.

You will provide strategic counsel, design campaigns, oversee thought leadership with white papers, edit executive messaging, and coordinate with marketing, HR and external partners.

This role requires senior leadership collaboration, robust project management, and exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in corporate communications.
• Experience in Middle East preferred.
• Experience in communications/public relations, preferably agency background.
• Exposure to financial or transaction communications is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel on communications matters.
• Design and oversee strategic campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives including white papers and insights.
• Develop executive positioning content for leadership.
• Oversee high-quality content for press, speeches, reports and social channels.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Manage external agencies, budgets, and KPIs.
• Monitor and report on communications effectiveness.
