• Experience creating strategies for large or complex organizations and supporting leadership messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communication strategies aligned with objectives, culture, and transformation activity.
• Create campaigns to increase awareness, participation, and alignment among employees.
• Translate complex information into clear messages for diverse employee audiences.
• Draft leadership announcements, executive messages, newsletters, intranet content, and campaign materials.
• Manage calendars, channel plans, approvals, and publication deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and People & Organization teams on culture and employee experience.
