Standard Chartered in Dubai is seeking a Team Leader of Client Services to manage a team of Client Service Managers, supporting Relationship Managers and Private Banking clients with exceptional service and robust control processes.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of private banking operations, and a proven track record in regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and client service excellence. Flexible working options are available in this hybrid role.

Qualifikationen

• Academic or Professional Qualification (required)
• Bank training, i.e. mandatory & developmental
• Languages – fluency in business English
• Demonstrable and relevant experience in the Private Banking industry
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Proven capabilities in growing the business for a team
• Firm in all business guidelines and compliance issues
• Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage a team of Client Service Managers (CSMs)
• Ensure high-quality service to Private Banking clients
• Collaborate with Front Office teams and support functions
• Oversee compliance with money laundering procedures and risk controls
• Maintain governance with Group policies and conduct standards
• Drive end-to-end accountability and process improvements
• Develop CSMs through coaching and performance reviews
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and high performance
