Established in 2021, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) consolidates and integrates the products and services of Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ), Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), and the Dubai CommerCity (DCC). Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of departmental and customer policies, procedures, and guidelines related to property management and supply chain operations.
- Assist in executing all Dubai CommerCity Smart City initiatives, ensuring operational processes are automated, digitalized, and paperless in line with business objectives.
- Contribute to the planning, budgeting, and execution of Security, HSE, and Shared Services activities.
- Support a wide range of Property Management & Supply Chain services—such as parking, mobility and transportation, car wash services, forklift services, ATMs, and all gate pass types—while ensuring business plan initiatives, revenue targets, OPIs, and KPIs are successfully achieved.
- Enforce access control policies across CommerCity, ensuring proper management of ID verification, gate passes, permits, and the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, tenants, and goods.
- Support the smooth flow of traffic and vehicle movement within the premises.
- Assist in implementing effective emergency preparedness and response frameworks, including fire drills, staff training, and maintaining emergency readiness.
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for cost-effective improvements to enhance property management and supply chain efficiency.
- Recommend updates and improvements to property management, compliance, and security processes to ensure high‑quality, customer‑focused services.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall departmental operations and service quality.
- Manage, supervise, and support service provider staff, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met.
- Coordinate effectively with clients and internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of all operations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction for all property management and shared services.
- Assist with management reporting by providing accurate data on service performance, incidents, accidents, emergencies, risks, opportunities, and compliance‑related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in property and community operations management, with exposure to free zone operations, vendor/supplier management, and project planning and progress tracking.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, with hands‑on experience in preparing weekly status reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑first approach and confidence in dealing with customers and partners.
- Strong analytical, data‑driven, and efficiency‑oriented mindset with a focus on automation and process improvement.
- Effective in conflict resolution and negotiation, demonstrating professionalism, equality, diversity, and respect in all interactions.
