• 3+ years in Business Development in design/architecture/engineering/construction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and industry partners.
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design/technical team to develop suitable solutions.
• Attend networking events to expand the company's network.
• Follow up on leads, tenders, proposals, and business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's design and technical services.
