Job summary

ELE Interior Design is seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to lead sales operations and revenue growth across the UAE interior design market, focusing on securing high-value projects and nurturing strategic client relationships.

The ideal candidate is Arabic-speaking with 10+ years of BD and senior sales experience in UAE interior design, has an established network of developers, architects and operators, strong negotiation skills, and a UAE driving license for site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within UAE, GCC, and internationally; valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects.
• Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
• Manage client relationships with developers, architects, and hotel operators.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market presence.
• Forecast revenue pipelines and report on pipeline status.
