Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to lead sales and business development for interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury sectors in the UAE. You will drive strategy, build a robust client pipeline, and manage end-to-end negotiations with senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in UAE interior design sales, Arabic proficiency, and a proven track record in securing high-value projects.

Qualifications

10+ years of business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design/fit-out industry.
Arabic-speaking candidates are required for this role.
Excellent communication and negotiation with senior stakeholders.
Willingness to travel across UAE, GCC, and internationally.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Established professional relationships with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, corporate clients, and property owners.
Strong CRM and sales forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPI requirements, and revenue objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
Generate sales through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active sales opportunities.
