Job summary

ELE Interior in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead sales operations and revenue growth in the UAE interior design sector. Arabic-speaking candidates with industry experience are preferred.

You will manage full sales cycle from lead generation to project awards, build relationships with developers, architects, and operators, and drive strategic plans to expand across sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
• Established relationships with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, and property owners.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and experience securing high-value interior design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects across sectors.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project opportunities within the UAE market.
