Job summary

ELE Interior Design is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales and win interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and luxury villa sectors in the UAE. You will build a strong pipeline, manage client engagements, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires Arabic-speaking candidates with relevant industry experience and a track record of achieving targets, along with the ability to travel across the UAE for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sales reporting tools, and presentation software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Travel flexibility for client meetings and events across UAE, GCC region, and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects across multiple sectors.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, qualified leads, and project opportunities within the UAE market.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize company revenue and market growth.
• Conduct professional client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract finalization and project award.
