Job summary

UMI is seeking a Business Development Manager (Interior Design) to drive growth of our interior design services through strategic business development, client relationships, and close collaboration with the design team in the UAE. You will identify new opportunities, present tailored proposals, and manage relationships to align with client needs and our capabilities.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.
5+ years in Interior Design or Exhibition industries in UAE.
Ability to drive a team and negotiate with clients.
Extensive experience in Event/Exhibition/Interior Design industries.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
UAE Driving License is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Russian language speakers only.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior design.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.
Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate leads.
Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs and preferences.
