Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking a Design Architect to join the PODs Factory team. The role focuses on designing, coordinating, and developing architectural solutions for prefabricated PODs, ensuring factory production-ready details for site installation.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in architecture with 5+ years of design experience, and strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with PODs, modular construction, or factory-based production is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs for prefabricated and modular PODs, including bathroom and kitchen PODs.
• Prepare detailed design, shop, fabrication, and production drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, production, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for factory production.
• Review materials, finishes, construction details, and manufacturing methods.
• Support design optimization in line with DfMA principles.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and applicable standards.

We are looking for a Design Architect to join our PODs Factory team. The role will focus on the design, coordination, and development of architectural solutions for prefabricated/modular PODs, ensuring designs are practical, efficient, and suitable for factory production and site installation.

Responsibilities include

• Develop architectural designs for prefabricated and modular PODs, including bathroom and kitchen PODs.
• Prepare detailed design, shop, fabrication, and production drawings.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, production, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for factory production.
• Review materials, finishes, construction details, and manufacturing methods.
• Support design optimization in line with DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and applicable standards.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of architectural design experience.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in detailed design, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
• Experience in PODs, modular construction, prefabrication, or factory-based production is preferred.
• Candidates with strong villa/residential, hospitality, bathroom, or kitchen fit-out experience will also be considered.
