Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Solid experience with modular construction and prefabrication.
• Strong ability to produce detailed drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for modular POD systems.
• Prepare designs for bathroom PODs and kitchen PODs.
• Produce shop drawings and manufacturing documentation for factory teams.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and production groups to resolve conflicts.
• Ensure designs are buildable, efficient, and suitable for transportation.
