Job summary

Azizi Developments in Dubai is seeking a Design Architect to join the PODs Factory team. The role focuses on designing, coordinating, and developing architectural solutions for prefabricated PODs, ensuring factory production-ready details for site installation.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in architecture with 5+ years of design experience, and strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with PODs, modular construction, or factory-based production is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
5+ years of architectural design experience.
Experience with PODs, modular/construction prefabrication preferred.
Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs for prefabricated and modular PODs, including bathroom and kitchen PODs.
Prepare detailed design, shop, fabrication, and production drawings.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, production, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and suitable for factory production.
Review materials, finishes, construction details, and manufacturing methods.
Support design optimization in line with DfMA principles.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE regulations, and applicable standards.
