Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our PODs Factory team in Dubai. You will develop accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for prefabricated PODs, supporting factory production and site installation.

Applicants should have 3+ years of BIM/Revit experience, with PODs/modular or villa/residential exposure preferred. Proficiency in Revit is essential; Navisworks is advantageous in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM/Revit experience.
• PODs, modular, or prefabrication experience preferred.
• Villa/residential project experience is acceptable.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; Navisworks experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction detailing, coordination, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for PODs and modular components.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Identify and resolve clashes and design discrepancies.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project and factory production requirements.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain proper model coordination.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, production, and site teams.
• Support quantity take-offs and BIM documentation.

We are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our PODs Factory team. The role will focus on developing accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for prefabricated/modular PODs, supporting factory production and site installation.

PODs/modular construction experience is preferred. Candidates with strong villa/residential experience will also be considered.
