Job summary

Azizi Industries, the manufacturing arm of Azizi Developments, is seeking a mid-level professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise fitout production activities for prefabricated bathroom PODs.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with civil, MEP, interior design, QA/QC, procurement and production teams, and monitor daily production to ensure quality and schedules are met. UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fitout production activities.
• Read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior design, QA/QC, procurement, and production teams.
• Strong knowledge of interior fitout works, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• UAE/GCC experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fitout production activities for prefabricated bathroom PODs.
• Review approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior design, QA/QC, procurement, and production teams.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and schedules.
• Supervise installation of flooring, finishes, ceilings, fixtures within PODs.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet approved specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with design teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and production issues.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and workflow to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate QA/QC approvals.
• Identify defects and coordinate rectification before POD completion.
• Prepare daily production reports and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise fitout production activities for prefabricated bathroom PODs.
• Review approved shop drawings, IFC drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior design, QA/QC, procurement, and production teams.
• Monitor daily production activities to ensure quality, productivity, and project schedules are achieved.
• Supervise installation of flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, sanitary fixtures, doors, accessories, and other interior fitout components within PODs.
• Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to resolve drawing discrepancies and production-related technical issues.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and workflow to avoid production delays.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with QA/QC for inspections and approvals.
• Identify defects, coordinate rectification, and ensure proper finishing before POD completion.
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports, progress updates, checklists, and relevant documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and factory safety requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in fitout production, modular construction, bathroom PODs, or prefabricated manufacturing.
• POD / Bathroom Modular / Off-site Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interior fitout works, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Tekla/Revit is an advantage.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
