Data Specialist & Content Analyst to support the structuring, formatting, and testing of data for an AI-powered assistant. The candidate should have strong data organization skills, experience with structured and unstructured data, and excellent English writing skills to refine and optimize company documentation. This role will involve working with text files, PDFs, CSVs, SQL outputs and APIs to enhance AI-driven data retrieval and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Experience in data organization, document structuring, and metadata management.
• Understanding of APIs, structured data formats (JSON, XML), and AI retrieval mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Excel, CSV handling, and basic database analysis (SQL knowledge is a plus).
