Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation or business development position.
• Confident telephone manner and ability to engage prospects professionally.
• Experience working towards KPIs, targets and activity metrics.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.
• Experience converting leads into opportunities or sales.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technology sector is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and identifying opportunities.
• Booking meetings and appointments for senior sales and BD teams.
• Following up with prospects and customers to generate demand.
• Building targeted prospect lists and researching new accounts.
• Supporting event and webinar campaigns and outreach.
• Promoting events and campaigns through social channels.
• Maintaining CRM records and contact information.
• Supporting account research, data profiling and market activity.
• Preparing performance and pipeline reports against KPIs.
• Supporting tenders and procurement processes.
