Job summary

GCS Technology LLC is hiring a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in Managed Security Services across the UAE and MEA. You will lead sales strategies, engage with C-level executives, and drive partnerships with top vendors to expand the MSS portfolio.

The role requires building tailored proposals, responding to RFPs, and delivering compelling security solutions to mid-enterprise clients. This is a high-visibility, commission-based opportunity within a fast-growing cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Drive growth for MSS portfolio across UAE/MEA.
• Engage C-level executives and IT/security leaders.
• Develop tailored proposals and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Managed Security Services (SOC-as-a-Service, EDR/XDR, SIEM).
• Identify mid-enterprise prospects across Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and Security Leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver proposals and presentations.
• Drive pipeline growth through networking, events, and digital outreach; meet targets.
• Stay updated on UAE compliance frameworks and OEM partner opportunities.
