You will maintain customer information in the CRM, coordinate pickups and warehouse arrangements, and support clients throughout the storage journey to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• UAE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
