Job summary

PrimeBox in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Customer Support Specialist to manage inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, assist customers with storage solutions, pricing, bookings, and guide them through the full service and payment process.

You will maintain CRM records, coordinate pickups and warehouse arrangements, and follow up on payments. UAE experience is a plus, and excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, sales, or similar.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• UAE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.

• Support customers throughout the storage process.
