Job summary

PrimeBox in Dubai is seeking a hands-on Customer Support Specialist to manage incoming inquiries, convert leads into customers, and support clients through the full service and payment process.

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, advise on storage options and pricing, process bookings, coordinate pickups and warehouse arrangements, and ensure accurate CRM records while following up on payments.

UAE-based experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• UAE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
