Job summary

VFS Global invites applications for a front office/back-office role at our visa application centers in Dubai. The successful candidate will scrutinise documents, handle queries via email/phone, and manage cash transactions with precision. You will ensure data accuracy, coordinate passport delivery, and adhere to SOPs while promoting value-added services.

Strong German and English communication are essential. Education: pursuing graduation or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing graduation or have completed graduation.
• At least 1–2 years in customer services, preferably in service or hospitality.
• Fluent in German and good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrutinise documents and collect visa applications for processing.
• Handle queries from customers personally, via email, or phone.
• Manage cash/bank transactions with accuracy where assigned.
• Enter data into systems with precision and timeliness.
• Coordinate passport delivery logistics to consulates/applicants/logistics partners.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain compliance with procedures.
• Promote Value Added Services and guide applicants to use them.

Job Summary

To facilitate the VISA application process & handle front office & back-office operations conducted at the respective Visa Application Centers (VACs).

Key Responsibilities

• Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing
• Handle customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone.
• Handle cash and bank related transactions if assigned and ensure 100% accuracy
• Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors.
• Ensure all administration and logistics of passport delivery to consulate/ applicant / logistic company etc.
• Maintain compliance to the standard operating procedures, manuals etc. without deviation in process
• Inform the applicants about the available Value Added Services and ensure delivery of Value Added Service options to applicants/ customers.
• Encourage applicants to provide feedback on services provided and their overall experience at the application center.
• Ensure that the entire process is completed within the mandated Turn Around Time
• Assist Deputy Manager/Operations Manager in execution of WB Project
• Ensure judicious use of natural resources
• Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education - Pursuing Graduation (Minimum 12 years of Formal Education). Additional: Graduate or global equivalent

Experience - Minimum 1- 2 years' experience in Customer Services preferably in the Service or Hospitality industry.

Skills:

• Should be a German Speaker

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and German are desired for this position.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a definite plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
