Atlantis The Palm is seeking a CID Administration Agent - Guest Visas in Dubai to manage visa-related tasks and coordinate approvals. The role requires Arabic fluency and strong customer service experience within hospitality.

You will maintain records, assist with guest requests, and support front services while upholding the resort's professional image. Ideal candidates have admin or visa-processing exposure, knowledge of Opera, and the ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Arabic fluency (spoken, read and write) is essential.
• Strong English communication and guest-service background preferred.
• Experience in admin, visa processing, front office, or guest services is a plus.
• Proficient with standard business software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Process administrative activities related to guest visas.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy.
• Record visa applications, updates, and approvals.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Improve processing time while ensuring compliance.
