Job summary
MHO Visa Services is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks a Visa & Travel Sales Consultant to convert inquiries into sales. You will handle visas, travel packages, and upsell services while coordinating with customer service to ensure post-sale satisfaction.
The role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong closing skills, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets in a busy Dubai-based environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in visas and travel within the UAE is an advantage.
- We are looking for a Sales Consultant who can consult, follow up, and close, not just send prices to clients.

- Handle incoming leads and qualify client needs.
- Sell tourism visa services and travel packages.
- Follow up with clients until payment is completed.
- Upsell hotels, insurance, flights, and tours.
- Coordinate post-sale with the customer service team.

Experience in visas and travel within the UAE is a strong advantage.
Handling incoming leads for the company
Qualifying the client and understanding their needs
Selling tourism visa services
Selling travel packages and services
Following up with clients until payment is completed
Dealing with price objections and competitors
Upselling hotels, insurance, flights, and tours
Following up with the client post-sale in coordination with the customer service team
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monday – Saturday
Full-Time
