The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the documentation and customer-facing aspects of the vehicle purchase and delivery process. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies overseeing quality control and facilitating smooth handovers to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of purchase and sale documentation in line with company policies.
  • Inform customers of terms and conditions including warranties and service schedules and provide all relevant documents.
  • Store all documentation appropriately for future reference.
  • Supervise the handover and delivery of new vehicles to customers.
  • Conduct quality control on new vehicles received from PDI or stores before delivery or display.
  • Invoice vehicles immediately after delivery.
  • Maintain secure storage of service books handbooks insurance documents and related items.
Requirements
