• Oversee customs procedures and port operations as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a minimum of five years’ experience in customer service and operations within a reputable freight forwarding company.
• In‑depth knowledge of import/export cross‑trade business by sea and air freight.
• Strong experience in job costing, quotations, and freight forwarding operations.
• Capability to work independently without supervision.
• Proficiency in handling MNC clients and executing time‑bound shipments.
• Knowledge of customs procedures, ports, and related operations.
