Job summary

Sobha Furniture is seeking a logistics specialist to oversee end-to-end inbound freight and import shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal teams for timely delivery.

You will process PRs/POs/GRNs, handle customs clearance and regulatory approvals, and ensure compliance with procedures and documentation. Proficiency in ERP and MS Office is required, with 3–6 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in inbound freight, import operations, and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import documentation, freight forwarding, and tracking.
• Experience coordinating with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and government bodies.
• Familiarity with PR, PO, and GRN processes and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import procedures and company policies.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain organized shipping and customs documentation.
