Job summary

GOFLEXY CARGO LLC is seeking an experienced freight forwarding sales professional in Dubai to drive growth across key client accounts. You will manage the sales pipeline, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery for import shipments.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of freight forwarding sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on import services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping modes (air, sea, road), Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing a robust sales pipeline.
