Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule orders per customer requests.
• Evaluate escalations and resolve caller complaints.
• Boost customer loyalty through positive phone interactions.
• Handle emails and respond within 24 hours SLA.
• Escalate customer complaints when needed.
• Provide personalized service to customers.
