Job summary

AMS International UAE is seeking a front-line customer support agent to handle inbound calls and manage emails from clients in a fast-paced office environment.

This role focuses on timely order scheduling, resolving escalations, and delivering personalized service to boost customer loyalty over the phone and via email.

Working days are five days from the office with a six-hour shift, including a one-hour lunch break, and a monthly salary of AED 6,000 plus NAFIS.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule orders per customer requests.
• Evaluate escalations and resolve caller complaints.
• Boost customer loyalty through positive phone interactions.
• Handle emails and respond within 24 hours SLA.
• Escalate customer complaints when needed.
• Provide personalized service to customers.
