Job summary

Talabat is hiring a CRM Specialist for Lifecycle and Retention Marketing in Dubai. You will own automated customer engagement across onboarding, activation, win-back and loyalty, using Braze and related tools.

The role demands data-driven segmentation, frequent experimentation and collaboration with Product, Engineering and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate has at least four years in CRM with marketing automation, strong analytics, and experience in e-commerce or tech environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of CRM and marketing-automation experience.
• Experience with Braze and data-driven lifecycle marketing.
• Understanding of customer behaviour, data analytics and privacy-compliant database management.
• Fluency in English and Arabic recommended.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the complete customer lifecycle journey map.
• Define automated triggers for onboarding, activation and win-back.
• Build retention, loyalty and win-back programs.
• Own Braze platform as internal CRM expert.
• Develop campaigns using push notifications and in-app messages.
• Coordinate personalized email and SMS communications.
• Analyze customer behaviour and purchase histories to inform strategies.
• Create dynamic segments based on engagement and transactions.
