Job summary

Meraki Group in Dubai seeks a Junior CRM Analyst to maintain and administer the CRM system, manage the customer database, and ensure data integrity while collaborating with the Senior Manager – Strategy and Analytics.

You will support campaign selections for Email, Direct Mail, SMS and Cold Calling, build segmentation lists, and produce analysis and reports to guide marketing and sales decisions. A data-minded candidate with Excel, SQL and BI tooling will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Statistics or Computer Science Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Tables) and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI or Tableau a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Configure the CRM per stakeholder requirements.
• Create customized customer segmentation lists for campaigns and reports.
• Assist in analysis and business reports for marketing and sales data.
• Responsible for database health and maintenance (data cleansing).
• Support understanding of customer behavior with marketing and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to track customer communications in the CRM.
• Assist in organizing ad-hoc communications to customers.
• General administrative tasks and team support.
