Responsibilities

• Lead execution and optimization of customer communications across email, MMS, push, loyalty, and lifecycle programs.
• Manage audience segmentation, campaign deployment, tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Drive customer engagement, retention, repeat purchases, and marketing-attributed revenue.
• Support the ongoing management and growth of the loyalty program.
• Partner with the Retail Marketing Manager to ensure communications are properly segmented, tracked, tested, and deployed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail Operations, Digital IT, and Analytics to ensure communications are targeted, measurable, and compliant.
