Job summary

Black & Grey HR is seeking a Crewing Team Leader – Offshore & Marine to join our client's operations team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This permanent, office-based role will oversee UAE crewing operations while supporting regional projects across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.

You will lead the Central Crewing function, manage rotation planning, certifications, and crew mobilization for offshore survey, diving and subsea teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in maritime studies, business administration or related field.
• 8–12 years in marine/offshore crewing with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, MLC 2006, flag state regulations.
• Experience with IMCA crewing standards and offshore competency management.
• Proven track record leading crewing teams across offshore operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Central Crewing team and oversee end-to-end offshore crew mobilization.
• Manage rotas, certifications, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate approvals with ADNOC, flag states, and vessel owners.
• Develop crew rotation plans, budgets, and cost control.
• Maintain crewing database and liaise with agencies and partners.
