A leading airline in the UAE is seeking a Corporate Security Officer to safeguard personnel and facilities at crew accommodations in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include overseeing security operations, responding to incidents, and liaising with authorities. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma in aviation security management and possess sound judgment, investigative skills, and a minimum of three years in airline or physical security. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high security standards and effective communication with on-site teams.
The Corporate Security Officer plays a critical front‑line role in safeguarding Etihad Airways’ people, facilities, and accommodation environments -with a particular focus on crew accommodation security.
This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational oversight of security services, incident response, initial investigations, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external authorities. Acting as the key interface between on‑site security guards and Corporate Security management, the Officer ensures that security standards, procedures and response protocols are consistently applied across multiple locations.
The role requires sound judgement, calm decision‑making under pressure and a hands‑on operational mindset, including the ability to respond to incidents outside scheduled shifts when required.
