The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the digital presence of all Capital Motion venues. This role requires strong expertise in video creation and editing, graphic design, AI-driven content tools, and social media trends. The Content Creator ensures the consistent delivery of engaging visuals that reflect the unique identity of each brand, with a focus on short‑form video, static posts, and real‑time content for Instagram, TikTok, and Stories.
Content Creation
- Produce and edit high‑quality videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Stories.
- Capture daily content in venues, including food shots, ambience, events, and behind‑the‑scenes.
- Create static posts, story layouts, highlight covers, and promotional visuals.
- Ensure all content meets brand quality standards and aesthetic guidelines.
Graphic Design Visual Production
- Create digital assets using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
- Develop creative layouts for campaigns, seasonal promotions, and announcements.
- Apply visual consistency across formats, resolutions, and placements.
AI Tools Innovation
- Use AI content tools (image enhancement, auto‑editing, creative prompts, video templates).
- Experiment with AI video generation to support campaign storytelling and content variety.
- Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities that enhance productivity and visual quality.
Trend Social Media Adaptation
- Monitor and apply the latest trends across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Identify opportunities for viral content formats or sound trends.
- Adapt editing styles, transitions, and creative concepts to maintain relevance.
Social Media Support
- Deliver all content required for the social media calendar.
- Ensure visuals are aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Provide content quickly for time‑sensitive posts or events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Media, Creative Arts, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in content creation, photography, or videography.
- Strong skills in video editing apps (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere preferred).
- Proficiency in Photoshop for graphic design.
- Familiarity with AI content tools and AI video generation.
- Understanding of social media formats, engagement tactics, and platform best practices.
- Able to work across multiple venues and meet fast‑paced deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
