Ventures Middle East seeks a proactive Business Development Representative for Ventures ONSITE. The role focuses on identifying potential clients for the construction-focused platform and scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team.

You will manage multiple prospects, maintain a clear sales pipeline, and represent the company at industry events. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential to meet monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales coordination or presales role
• Excellent time management
• Understanding of Construction & Energy sector
• Experience developing processes to source leads
• Proven ability to achieve goals
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated to work independently with team support
• Commitment to completing tasks and objectives
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
