Ventures Middle East is seeking a Business Development Representative for Ventures ONSITE in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying prospects for Ventures ONSITE and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

You will maintain the sales pipeline, attend exhibitions, and assist the Account Manager with sales and marketing activities while upholding the company image in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales coordinating or presales role.
• Excellent time management.
• Understanding of the Construction & Energy sector.
• Proven ability to achieve goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Self-motivated to work independently with team support for closing deals.
• Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience handling external clients.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective ventures and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Attend exhibitions and conferences to promote products and services.
• Assist Account Manager with sales and marketing activities.
• Support research for product improvement when needed.
• Ensure targets are achieved or exceeded each month.
• Represent the company image professionally to clients and prospects.
• Pre-qualify leads and manage communications with prospects.
