Job summary

Ventures ONSITE is a product by Ventures Middle East. We are seeking a Business Development Executive to sell the MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry and meet or exceed the assigned quota within the target.

You will identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and ensure customer success. This onsite role requires proactive, analytical, and team-oriented individuals with strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Deep understanding of market trends, client needs in construction/infrastructure, and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsite market presence.
• Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and growth areas.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service to support BD efforts.
• Track and report on BD activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
