  • Ensure all projects comply with legal guidelines and safety standards.
  • Hire and manage subcontractors and staff onsite effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure project specifications are met.
  • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status regularly.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the construction process and final inspection.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field required.
