Job summary

A leading UAE economic zone authority is seeking a HS&E Construction Officer to implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across construction sites. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree and NEBOSH certification, with 3–5 years of experience in HS&E roles. Responsibilities include site inspections and compliance checks to ensure a safe working environment in line with UAE regulations. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years’ experience in HS&E inspection or enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of UAE occupational safety regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and ad-hoc HS&E inspections on construction sites.
• Monitor compliance with RAKEZ HS&E policies and UAE regulations.
• Review HS&E documentation for construction permits.
