Job summary

Alnajm Alwatheq Construction Equipment & Machinery Trading Co. L.L.C. in Dubai is looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to engage customers, generate inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle for construction and industrial equipment.

You will cultivate long-term relationships, pursue UAE-wide opportunities, and promote aftersales services to boost loyalty and repeat business while meeting monthly targets. Arabic skills are a plus and UAE driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales role within construction equipment, industrial machinery, or related trading fields.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet Customers: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and build long-term relationships.
• Generate Enquiries: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting site visits and networking with a focus on growing new accounts across the UAE.
• Handle the Sales Process: Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to invoicing including regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote Aftersales Services: Highlight aftersales support and services to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
